Randa Niederhauser
Background
Randa Niederhauser has been part of CMA since 2005, based in the Kansas City office. She is responsible for financial oversight and human resource administration. The dynamics of agriculture fit very well with Randa’s interest in economics. The concept of opportunity cost, supply and demand and markets have always been areas of interest for her. Food brings in the elements of compassion and morality, which muddy the water in fascinating ways.
Previously, Randa worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in financial planning and budget and cost analysis. Randa has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics from the University of Missouri Columbia. Outside of CMA, Randa is active in her church’s music program and The Mission Project (an organization that enables capable adults with developmental or cognitive disabilities to live independently and safely in community with minimal support).
She’s a recovering soccer mom and hopeless Francophile.
