Background

Missy Shost has been with Kansas City CMA office since October 2008. She plays an administrative role and does a variety of things including processing expense reports, monthly client invoicing and other accounts payable/accounts receivable duties.  In this position, she does not interact directly with outside CMA clients, but strives to provide excellent customer service to the staff.

Outside of CMA, Missy is married to a firemen and mother to a teenage son. She grew up in Kansas City and enjoys finding new places and local restaurants. Her favorite types of food are ethnic, Mexican and Indian.  In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, cook and read. Her son plays baseball and, from spring to fall, she can usually be found at the local ball fields.

What do you do to recharges your batteries?

Either sit and read a book by a favorite author or listen to music while cooking/baking. I just don’t like to clean up the mess afterwards!

Biggest pet peeve?

People who are on their cell phones while driving and aren’t paying attention.
