Meet Beth Anne
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
When I was eight years old, I decided I would be a US Senator and I have long had an interest in our national politics. My notions were not always so lofty however, because, when I made this decision at the age of eight, I suffered under the false notion that U.S. Senators didn’t have to be at work until 10 a.m. and that seemed a better fit for me than the 7:50 a.m. start time of school.
If you could have a room full of any one thing, what would it be?
The delightful happy laughter of my kids.
What do you do to recharge your batteries?
I love to read!
What are some of your favorite links on the web?
I secretly dream of being crafty so www.thriftydecorchick.com and www.younghouselove.com are just two of my guilty pleasures. I never do the DIY decorating, but love to learn about it. When I need inspiration for dinner, I go to www.epicurious.com and I usually begin my day with a peek at both www.huffingtonpost.com and www.drudgereport.com to see the day’s political discussion.
